For more than 11 years, we’ve been proud to call Ooltewah home. Owners Marcus and Georgia Garner created Wine Down with a simple goal: to be the kind of neighborhood restaurant where you can enjoy thoughtfully prepared food in a comfortable atmosphere and always feel welcome.
